Brandon Oaks is a premier retirement community and offers rehabilitation services to residents and non-residents at their facility in southwest Roanoke. The owners needed to expand their rehabilitation facility to meet growing demand and hired IDG to design a 24,000 square foot addition.

The new three-story wing has a private entrance, separating it from the retirement community. The main level features consultation rooms, a conference room, a family waiting area, 24 private rooms, a private dining area, and a nurse's station. The lower level includes a state-of-the-art ADL therapy wing with indoor and outdoor therapy spaces, a laundry area, a large receiving entrance for supplies, staff toilets, locker rooms, and offices.

A third level was built to provide space for future expansion. This level has the potential to be used as office space, patient rooms, or a combination to accommodate their needs.
