Martinsville Speedway, one of NASCAR's most iconic racing venues, required an expanded administrative facility to support its growing operational needs. IDG transformed the Nolan Building, an underutilized metal storage building, into a modern, efficient administration center that seamlessly integrates NASCAR corporate functions with day-to-day track management operations.

Working against a demanding schedule driven by an upcoming NASCAR race event, IDG collaborated closely with the contractor to streamline both design and construction. Through a highly coordinated approach, the team delivered a contemporary, functional workspace that met the elevated standards of a nationally recognized motorsports venue while remaining on budget and ready for occupancy ahead of the fall NASCAR race.
